For those who remember me saying that her chocolate chip cookies were the easiest thing to make from scratch ever… well, scratch that, these are. Chocolate cookies come in second. Mainly because you aren’t particularly obligated to wait on butter.
Also, protip: you can easily up the number of egg yolks. Richer brownies. I told you that I had a lot of eggs to use for a while in there. Though, what you do with the whites… well, that’s not on me.
Other nice things to add in that I like using are a hint of vanilla extract and a hint of cinnamon (ceylon cinnamon is actually far less overwhelming than cassia/chinese/the-usually-unmarked stuff).
