Good Things to Put in an Omelette

…or eggs, or whatever. So, really, sky’s the limit with eggs, right? Kinda. You wouldn’t exactly go putting peanut butter in your scrambled eggs and say it tastes good, would you? I wouldn’t. But, for savory eggs that aren’t hard-boiled (I got really tired of those really fast), here are a few nice suggestions and combos.

Because eggs are cheap and actually taste pretty good when you’re not burnt out on them.

bell peppers, chopped up

onion, chopped up

cat hair, in teeny tiny portions, and only really if you were just petting a cat and the fur ended up in your cooking

ham, chopped or diced or sliced or whatever. Just not a whole ham in your eggs.

cheese, like parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, havarti, and pretty much whatever cheese you tend to eat will most likely translate pretty well over into this.

cooked chicken, please shred this or something and take out the bones. It’s eggs, who expects a bone in their eggs?

and… that’s all I’ve got right now. Eh, whatever.
