Easiest thing to make from scratch ever. My tips? Have a plastic bag or something to put your brown sugar in, then you can just close it and break the stuff up with your hands. Put on a TV show or something before starting these. Line your baking sheets (or whatever you want to use as baking sheets) with aluminum foil or something, it makes it easy to use only one pan for multiple batches through the oven if you want. If you have a toaster oven that doubles as an oven-oven, go for it. And, uh… leave them a minute or two on the foil so you don’t burn your fingers? Yeah, that’s about it. Yum. Cookies!
